Together, they lead and support a large, dedicated team of colleagues to deliver innovative, collaborative, and impactful support for students, graduates, and employers.
Kelly-Ann-Mallon
Head of Student Employability (Careers Service)
Kelly-Ann provides strategic leadership for the Careers Service, working closely with the leadership team and University Executive colleagues to ensure employability remains a core institutional priority. She leads institutional approaches to student employability and graduate outcomes, aligning strategy with sector developments and employer needs. Her work is informed by close engagement with the higher education sector, including peer review and external benchmarking through the Graduate Futures Institute, where she contributes to shared learning and sector-wide advancement in employability practice.
Anna Lomas
Employer Engagement Manager
Managing our Operational Support; Events; Internships and Placements; and Business Development Teams, Anna and her experienced colleagues can support employers and partners to access our student and graduate talent.
Kim Bailey
Careers Manager for Operations, Student and Graduate Development
Kim’s remit includes managing our Graduate Transitions; Data, Monitoring and Evaluation; Central Careers Information and Advice; and Marketing and Communication Teams, as well as overseeing careers products, licences, and subscriptions.
Amanda Conway
Careers Manager for the Faculties of Science and Engineering (FSE) and Biology, Medicine and Health (BMH)
Amanda oversees a broad range of employability initiatives and strategic priorities as part of the leadership team. She manages our FSE and BMH Careers Teams and works with the teams and faculty colleagues to embed employability initiatives and careers provision within curriculum.
Caroline Everson
Careers Manager for the Faculty of Humanities
Caroline manages our Humanities Careers Team, overseeing a variety of employability programmes and interventions designed to support Humanities students and graduates throughout their career journeys.
